OK- so my siser and I took our step mother for her birthday. We got one of there package deals which included a manicure, pedicure, wash and style and your choice of facial or massage for $110. Sounds great right? We thought so too until we got there. I ended up with a massage, she was late, sheets were stained and literally had holes in them. I was stuck in the scrub room which was all tile and pipes, very cold and not inviting at all. I questioned whether or not to even get in the bed but I did. My therapist was over 15 minutes late, had cold hands, did not ask how I like my massage, and was horrible. I asked her to stop about half way through. Between her cold hands, the water running, the chill of the room, the noise from the busy pedicure chairs in the next room. Not a pleasant experience. What they do not share with you is that you have a mini ped and mani. You get 30 minutes for the ped and 15 for the mani. God forbid your tech not be on schedule becasue the owner will come and let them know right in front of you. One of the techs heard me talking about my experiences and she told me that she had mentioned it to the owner and that he would most likely want to speak with me before I left. When I checked out I told the recepitonist that I would like to speak with him and she told me he said he will call you. It has been over 2 weeks and no phone call. I guess he doesn't care. Needless to say I will just not be going back. I did find the place to be cute and liked the fact that they had a bar inside but as far as the services just below average. Also I am a manicurist (not working as one but licensed) and the nail equiptment was not in good shpae. Some used glass files some regular, nippers were not sharp so could not cut the skin. I asked and each tech supplies their own tools so hopefully yours will have funtioning equipment.

For what you get, their prices are no where near being fair. I had my hair cut and styled by the owner (Gino) and I felt completely cheated out of my money. I think he is just trying to pay for his very nice salon with his ridiculous prices. If he wants to charge those prices, he and his employees are seriously going to have to do better than what they are currently doing.

had my hair cut and colored by new up and coming stylist named Dante'. Did a fantastic job, very personable....Super friendly and relaxing environment. Had a complimentary glass of champagne too!
